It has made a long green candle indicating further buying in daily chart. Its short term support level is 2393. All the indicators are suggesting that one can go for long position in this stock above 2440 levels. The stock may test level of 2500-2550 in coming days.

Market Updates

Tata Steel was trading with gains of 0.96 per cent at Rs 252.50 after its Sukinda Chromite Mine (SCM) in Odisha’s Jajpur district become the first mine in India to roll out a pilot project on Sustainable Development Framework (SDF), a concept proposed and promoted by Union Mines Ministry for the development of culture of sustainable mining. Sensex was trading 114.40 points up at 24,966.23. Nifty was trading 36.35 points up at 7,604.65.
GLOBAL MARKET OVERVIEW  
Asian shares down sharply as trading halt again hits Shanghai. The Shanghai Composite Index was last down 7.32% to 3115.89. The S&P/ASX 200 eased 1.90% and the Nikkei 225 fell 1.78%.
Trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange was halted Thursday about 30 minutes after opening when the benchmark Shanghai Composite fell 7.21% triggering the circuit-breaker system.
US stocks closed at their lowest level since early October on Wednesday, weighed down by fresh concerns over China and slower global growth and as energy shares tumbled with oil prices. 
The Dow Jones industrial average ended down 252 points to 16906, the S&P 500 lost 26 points to 1,990.26 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 55 points 1.14 percent to 4835.

Market Update
Nifty opens below 7800, Sensex weak; Lupin, ONGC, Infosys down
The market has opened lower as the Sensex is down 23.09 points at 25557.25. The Nifty is down 10.15 points or  at 7777.25. About 825 shares have advanced, 300 shares declined, and 470 shares are unchanged.
Bharti Airtel, Dr Reddy's Labs, Sun Pharma, Coal India and BHEL are top gainers while Lupin, Infosys, ONGC, Tata Steel and GAIL are major losers in the Sensex.
GLOBAL MARKET OVERVIEW
Chinese markets tumbled at the open Tuesday, but quickly erased early losses as Asian markets recovered from a sharp selloff in the previous session.
The Shanghai Composite tacked on 0.95 percent after initially trading down as much as 3.1 percent.
The Dow Jones industrial average closed down 276 points to 17148, the S&P 500 lost 31 points to 2012 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 104 points to 4903.
U.K. manufacturing PMI fell to a seasonally adjusted 51.9 last month from a revised reading of 52.5 in November. Analysts had expected the index to inch up to 52.7 in December.

The market started week on a positive note tracking global cues. The Sensex rose 108.70 points to 25746.81 and the Nifty climbed 34.65 points to 7816.55.
The Indian rupee has opened flat at 66.70 a dollar on Monday against Friday's closing value.

 Weekly Indian Market Overview:-

  • Indian markets edged down. Sensex & Nifty down by 1.88% and 2.02%
  •  Wall Street ended flat. USD nonfarm payrolls (Nov) came 211k.
  • Asia-Pacific markets closed mixed. INR GDP stood at (Q-Q) 7.40% to 7.00%.
               Indian indices moved in minor bearish trend during the week on the back of weak global sentiments. Stocks on Wall Street rallied on Friday after strong jobs data made it almost certain the Federal Reserve would raise interest rates in two weeks. US stocks jumped more than 2%, with the Dow industrials and the S&P 500 posting their biggest gains in three months. All 10 major S&P 500 sectors climbed except the energy index, which fell after the OPEC failed to cap near-record output.
                Indian indices performed under pressure. Nikkei Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) fell to 50.1 point in Nov. from 53.2 in Oct. The Nov. reading is close to 50 points, which represent flat activities in the sector. Beside, services companies’ confidence in terms of outlook for the next 12 months dropped to the lowest level in 10 year owing to difficult economic condition and weak demand. FIIs pulled out Rs. 1745 Cr. From the Indian market on Friday. Investors from abroad have pulled out Rs. 4100 Cr. During the week.
                World markets trend moves mixed during the week. USA, Asian and Euro markets were consolidate on positive note during the week. DAX and CAC closed negative by 4.80% and 4.37% each. FTSE100 index went down by 2.15%; S&P 500 closed negative by 1.29%; NASDAQ were up by 0.29%. In Asian market Nikkei went down by 1.91%. HangSeng went up by 0.76% & KLSE went down by 0.87%. Jakarta was down.

Market Position :-
                     The market has opened lower dragged by weak global cues. The Sensex is down 50.61 points or 0.2 percebt at 25768.73, and the Nifty is down 9.70 points or 0.1 percent at 7839.55. About 351 shares have advanced, 202 shares declined, and 47 shares are unchanged. Maruti, Tata Steel, ICICI Bank, Hindalco and Bharti Airtel are major losers while GAIL, Wipro, HDFC twins, Hero are gainers in the Sensex. The Indian rupee gained in early trade. It has opened higher by 10 paise at 66.37 per dollar against 66.47 Monday. NS Venkatesh of IDBI Bank said, "Rupee weakened against the dollar yesterday, mainly due to dollar strength against all currencies and demand from importers and closed at 66.47/dollar. The market was also supported by PSU banks selling dollar."
Indian Market Overview:-   
                Nifty closed on flat note after a choppy movement for the day. Nifty declined by 7 points toØ end at 7849.  The 30-share BSE Sensex down by 49 points and closed at 25819. However, the BSEØ Midcap index gained 0.4 percent and Small cap rose 0.5 percent  Tata Motors was down 0.25 percent as Goldman Sachs has downgraded the stock to sellØ from neutral as it believes the stock has priced in better H2FY16 volume growth and margin after H1FY16 slump.  The Finance Ministry has recently proposed a roadmap for the phasing out of all taxØ exemptions by the industry. According to proposal sunset clauses with regards to tax exemptions will be renewed and no weighted deduction will be allowed for any specified business activity from April 1, 2017 onwards.
Global Market Overview:-  
             Asian markets opened in green on Monday, following a rally on Wall Street last week asØ investors continue to look out for comments from central bankers on the trajectory of US monetary policy.  The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed 91 points, or 0.51 percent, higher at 17,824, theØ S&P 500 ended 8 points, or 0.38 percent, up at 2,089, while the Nasdaq was 31 points, or 0.62 percent, higher to finish at 5,105.  Low iron ore prices and oil at sub-USD 45 a barrel are expected to exert strain onØ resources and commodities producers, most of whom opened lower.  Oil producers also opened mostly in the red. Santos and Woodside Petroleum shares wereØ down while Oil Search saw a 1.04 percent gain in the morning session.
