Market Outlook:-

The market has opened flat as the Sensex is down 23.77 points at 25818.15. The Nifty is down 12.80 points at 7829.95. About 550 shares have advanced, 260 shares declined, and 48 shares are unchanged. GAIL, Dr Reddy's Labs, Wipro, Hero MotoCorp and TCS are top gainers in the Sensex. Among the losers are Sun Pharma, Hindalco, Lupin, Bharti Airtel and Reliance. The Indian rupee has opened higher by 8 paise at 66.10 per dollar on Friday against previous close of 66.18 a dollar.

Indian Market Overview:-

• Strength. Nifty future up by 126 points to end at 7858.
• The 30-share BSE Sensex zoomed by 359 points and closed at 25584 as global reacted positively to the release of Federal Reserve's October meeting minutes.
• The fourth round of coal mines auction will be notified on Friday, Coal Secretary Anil Swaroop told media. This time eight blocks will be auctioned, and due date for bids is fixed for December 31.
• Jindal Stainless shares crashed Thursday on demerger of its three wholly owned subsidiaries - Jindal Stainless (Hisar), Jindal United Steel and Jindal Coke.

Global Market Overview:-

• Asian equities opened higher on Thursday after US markets reacted positively to the release of Federal Reserve's October meeting minutes that signaled a likely interest rate hike in December.
• US markets all ended in positive territory, with the Nasdaq Composite outperforming to close 1.79 percent or 89.19 points higher. The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed 247.66 points or 1.42 percent higher while the S&P 500 finished 1.62 percent or 33.14 points up.
• Japanese exports fell for the first time in 14 months in October, exacerbating concerns for an economy already in recession and struggling to muster inflation despite aggressive monetary stimulus.
• Exports slumped 2.1 percent from a year earlier in October, while imports fell 13.4 percent, data from the Ministry of Finance (Japan) showed on Thursday.

Market News:-

                        With the Asian markets bouncing back in early trade, the US market closing one percent up and the market indicator SGX Nifty also trading 42 points up around 7869, the Indian equity market is likely to open in the Green. Stocks in the US gained on a sharp jump in oil prices boosted by geopolitical concerns following weekend terror attacks in Paris. Major indices closed more than 1 percent higher, recovering some of their sharp declines of last week. On the economic data front, November empire manufacturing index came in at minus 10. In Europe equities ended mixed to slightly higher as investors digested the potential impact of a series of terrorist attacks in Paris on Friday night

Indian Market overview:-

• Nifty started off on a negative note on weak global cues post Paris attacks but managed to rebound in afternoon trade to take above 7800. Nifty ended by 44 points up or 0.57% and closed at 7806.
• The 30-share BSE Sensex climbed 149.57 points or 0.58 percent to 25760 led by relief rally in beaten down stocks like banks, infra, metals, oil and select FMCG.
• Shares of Apollo Tyres climbed 3.4 percent intraday Monday as India's second-largest tyre manufacturer will buy German-based tyre retail and distribution company Reifencom GmbH for 45.6 million euro in all cash deal.
• Reliance Infrastructure gained 6 percent on signing agreement with Canadian pension fund to sell 49 percent stake in Reliance Energy.

Global Market Overview:-

• Asian stocks were hit by a sell-off early Monday, with sentiment badly dented by Friday's brutal terrorist attacks in Paris.
•  The Nikkei 225 fell 0.97%, while the S&P/ASX 200 dropped 0.81% and the Shanghai Composite declined 0.46%.
• In Japan, quarter-on-quarter third quarter GDP fell 0.2%, compared to an expected 0.1% drop, while the year-on-year pace slumped 0.8%, compared to a 0.2% drop seen.
• New Zealand, retail sales quarter-on-quarter in the third quarter rose 1.6%, beating an expected 1.3% gain.

Merket Outlook

                         वैश्विक बाजारों से मिलेजुले संकेत आ रहे हैं। कल फेड के दरों में इजाफा ना करने के बाद अमेरिकी बाजारों में शानदार उछाल देखा गया वहीं इस खबर के बाद डॉलर मजबूत हुआ जिससे एशियाई बाजारों में तेज गिरावट आई। इन संकेतों के आधार पर आज भारतीय बाजार ने भी एकदम सपाट शुरुआत की। हालांकि तुरंत ही बाजार लाल निशान में फिसल गए। सेंसेक्स 50 अंक टूटकर 27000 के नीचे कारोबार कर रहा है और निफ्टी 8150 के स्तर के नीचे फिसल गया है।

                       फिलहाल बीएसई का 30 शेयरों वाला प्रमुख इंडेक्स सेंसेक्स 51.72 अंक यानि 0.19 फीसदी की गिरावट के साथ 26988 के स्तर पर कारोबार कर रहा है। वहीं एनएसई का 50 शेयरों वाला प्रमुख इंडेक्स निफ्टी 21.55 अंक यानि 0.26 फीसदी गिरकर 8149 के स्तर पर आ गया है।

• Indian mkts ended downside. Nifty and Sensex down by 0.75% and 0.78%.
• Asia Pacific market mixed. Nikkei down by 0.92% & Hang Seng up by 0.11%.
• Wall St. up USD Unemployment claims down to 259K. Dow future up by 5 pts.
