The market has opened in green with eyes on FOMC meeting tonight. The Sensex is up 92.40 points or 0.4 percent at 25412.84, and the Nifty up 24.35 points or 0.3 percent at 7725.25. About 193 shares have advanced, 34 shares declined, and 12 shares are unchanged. M&M, Wipro and Tata Motors are major losers while NTPC, TCS, HDFC twins and Tata Steel. The Indian rupee has opened marginally higher at 66.9 per dollar compared to 66.92 a dollar in previous session.

Indian Market Overview:-

  • Equity benchmarks rallied further for the second consecutive session Tuesday, tracking up move in global peers ahead of Federal Reserve's two-day meeting tonight. Nifty future down by 40 points to close at 7668.
  • The 30-share BSE Sensex up 170 points at 25320. The market breadth was strong as about 1599 shares advanced against 1046 declining shares on the BSE.  
  • Shares of Adani Enterprises gained 7 percent in early trade Tuesday after the Australian court has dismissed Green Group's challenge to Adani Coalmine.  
  • Sun Pharmaceutical Industries gained 0.7 percent as the subsidiary of country's largest drug maker has divested its US manufacturing facility - Bryan (Ohio) unit to Nostrum Laboratories Inc

Market Outlook:-
The market has opened flat as the Sensex is down 5.40 points 26122.80. The Nifty is down 2.70 points at 7940.00. About 491 shares have advanced, 143 shares declined, and 77 shares are unchanged. Dr Reddy's Labs, BHEL, Tata Motors, HDFC Bank and M&M are top gainers while HDFC, Sun Pharma, ONGC, Cipla and Lupin are amogn losers in the Sensex. The Indian rupee has opened marginally lower at 66.78 per dollar compared to 66.76 a dollar in previous trading session.
Indian Market Overview:-
  • Nifty December series got off to a strong start re-encountered the 7900 mark. Nifty future up by 43 points to end at 7972.
  • The 30-share BSE Sensex ended up 169 points or 0.6 percent at 26128. About 1388 shares have advanced, 1256 shares declined, and 225 shares are unchanged.
  • Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday underlined the need for creating an ecosystem to boost shipments to the markets overseas ahead of Concern over slowing global demand and declining exports.
  • India's reliance on foreign oil will jump from 80 percent to 90 percent by 2040 and it would lead global energy demand growth, the International Energy Agency said in a report on the world's third largest energy consumer released in New Delhi on Friday.
Global Market Overview:-
  • Asian shares held firm and US stock futures edged higher in early trade on Friday as expectations of additional stimulus from the European Central Bank underpinned appetite for riskier assets, while the euro hovered near seven-month lows.
  • Benchmark share indexes in Japan, South Korea and Australia all rose around 0.2 percent.
  • The Dow Jones industrial average rose 1.2 points, or 0.01 percent, to 17,813, the S&P 500 lost 0.27 points, or 0.01 percent, to 2,088 and the Nasdaq Composite added 13 points, or 0.26 percent, to 5,116.

Market Trend:-
The S&P BSE Sensex started on a cautious note in morning trade on Monday, led by gains in Bajaj Auto, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, RIL, and Dr Reddy's Laboratories.
The Nifty50 managed to recoup its early morning losses, but was still trading above its crucial psychological level of 7850, supported by gains in realty, power, oil & gas, banks, pharma, and auto stocks.
Shares of Vedanta, GAIL slipped up to 2 per cent in trade while those of Adani Ports, Asian Paints and SpiceJet gained up to 3 per cent.
The rupee fell by 4 paise to 66.23 against the US dollar on Monday in contrast to the gains seen in other Asian currencies.
  • Indian markets edged up. Sensex & Nifty up by 1.01% and 1.21%
  • Wall Street ended flat. USD Core CPI (MoM) (Oct) comes 0.2%.
  • Asia-Pacific markets closed positive. India WPI Inflaction (YoY)(Oct) -3.81%
  1. Indian indices recover from support level amid strength in Indian currency and bet the US Federal Reserve sentiments. A slew of policy announcement by the government after Wednesday’s market close also boosted investor sentiment. Recovering from a 2month low, the Sensex ended at up 359 points the biggest advance since oct5. The much-awaited 7th pay commission has proposed a 23.55% hike in emolument, including pay, allowances and pension for 4.8m government employee and 5.5m pensioners.  
  2. Indian indices remained in consolidated mode between 7720-7790 range and closed on weak note so week ahead again market is likely to go down if Nifty sustains below 7850 level but sustaining above 7900 level may lead a bullish rally. Dropping of general Wholesale Price (WPI) in Oct. for 12th straight month in oct. masked the fact that some food items have seen a surge in inflation since Nov. last year. The downward spiral in wholesale price index has been characterized by ebbing weak domestic demand.
  3.  World markets trend moves up during the week. USA, Asian and Euro markets were recover on positive note during the week. DAX and CAC closed positive by 3.84% and 2.14% each. FTSE100 index went up by 3.54%; S&P 500 closed positive by 3.1
    8%; NASDAQ were up by 3.57%. In Asian market Nikkei went up by 1.44%. HangSeng went down by 2.74% & KLSE went up by 0.18%. Jakarta was up by 1.98%, Straits Times down by 0.27% and Seoul closed on positive note by 0.84%.

Nifty slips below 8550, Sensex weak; Hero Moto, Bharti gain
The market fell marginally in early trade Tuesday. The Sensex declined 76.18 points to 28110.88 and the Nifty slipped 24.80 points to 8518.25. About 848 shares have advanced, 587 shares declined, and 89 shares are unchanged on the BSE.
Hero Motocorp surged 3.24 percent post Q1 earnings. It's a strong operational performance by Hero. The company's results beat expectations, despite fall in revenues, margins rose 160 bps year on year.

Bharti Airtel gained 1.5 percent ahead of earnings. Telecom major will report its Q1 results today after market hours. According to a CNBC-TV18 poll, the revenue may rise over a percent to Rs 23,300 crore. The volume growth is seen at 3 percent. Its Africa business, however, is expected to continue to remain sluggish.
The Indian rupee opened marginally lower by 5 paise at 64.09 per dollar today against previous close of 64.04. 
 Coal India, Lupin, HDFC Bank, BPCL, PNB and HCL Tech rose 0.7-1.6 percent while Tata Motors, Infosys, ONGC, Wipro, Dr Reddy's Labs, Cairn India, Tata Power and IndusInd Bank lost 0.2-1 percent.

Sensex up over 100 pts, Nifty nears 8400; TCS falls 1%
The market has opened flat on Thursday after massive sell-off in yesterday trade. The Sensex is up 5.30 points at 27693.02 and the Nifty is up 1.80 points at 8364.85. About 377 shares have advanced, 118 shares declined, and 66 shares are unchanged.
 Hindalco, GAIL, Tata Steel, Infosys and Coal India are top gainers in the Sensex. Among the losers are Bajaj Auto, HDFC Bank, HUL and NTPC.
Asian shares reversed course and rose as a slide in battered Chinese stocks was stemmed, at least temporarily, while the safe-haven yen was nudged off highs scaled against the dollar.
